Sleipnir

Most web browsers are cut from the same tree when it comes to appearance and functionality. If you've seen one browser, you've seen them all, with their address bars, tabs, and other elements in the exact same positions. Sleipnir brings a fairly new approach to web browsing. It doesn't re-invent the wheel, but it makes web browsing a comfortable experience, with its elegant design and controls.

The first thing you will notice is that Sleipnir's navigation tabs are presented as thumbnails of their corresponding web pages. You can use the same input field to go to a specific website or search for something on Google. It is also possible to look up the terms you insert on Amazon, Ebay, Wikipedia or any user-defined web service, with only one click.

The interesting part about the navigation tabs is that Sleipnir lets you group them. You can switch to a tile view mode, in which you may click and drag web pages to different groups. Whenever you need to bring up a website you visit frequently, you can quickly open a group and have all tabs on your browser instantly.

The browser provides other interesting features as well. For example, if you select a piece of text, on any page, a series of options will pop up, which you can use to look up the selected word in a dictionary or on a search engine. Speed is another feature you can expect. Navigating through web pages feels quite smooth and you won't encounter lengthy loading times.
