A web browser gives you access to all the information on the Internet, but sometimes, you may want something more, to make your experience more comfortable. Sleipnir places numerous tools at your disposal, to address certain issues which you would encounter on most web browsers. From navigating through web pages to sharing or organizing information, everything can be done in a simple and elegant manner.

Like most web browsers, Sleipnir is free and it can be installed very fast. The setup wizard will not hinder you with any additional tools or options to import bookmarks or to set the application as your default browser. When you run the program for the first time, you should create an online account, if you want to have access to a series of interesting features.

At a first glance, Sleipnir interface includes everything you would expect to find on any modern day web browser. You can type an address and a search query in separate fields, use different search engines, create tabs, bookmarks and so on. Sleipnir offers something new, when it comes to managing tabs. The browser allows you to group them, on different tabs, so you can avoid cluttering the window's title bar.

Group tabs can be created, above the main tabs, after you click a button, in the upper left corner of the interface. You can either create new tabs, in each group, or drag and drop existing tabs over a group. It is also possible to rename and color code individual tabs, refresh all sub-tabs at once, change their icons and more.

Sleipnir gives you access to various services, for sharing web pages on social medias, marking them for later reading, saving pages to a cloud server or sending them to a smartphone. You can find these features in a pop-up menu, in the upper right corner of the interface. The same menu contains an option for accessing a web page, where you can choose which service to activate or deactivate. Sleipnir comes with a built in feed reader as well. When adding a new feed, on a separate window, you may click a button, to search for URLs on the active page. Once the URLs are found, you can select one from a drop menu. Additionally, you may click and drag individual articles, to color coded groups. Once you add an article to a group, Sleipnir will tag the item automatically, with the same color.

The browser supports full screen mode, which is very elegant and comfortable. In full screen mode, the navigation options and other controls are displayed on the upper edge of the screen, while your tabs are displayed as thumbnails, on the lower edge, where you can also select different groups, from a pop-up menu. The controls, on both edges, are locked into place by default, but you may click a button and hide them. Thus, you can view a web page on the entire screen and when you need to perform an action, you just have to hover with the mouse pointer over the upper or lower region of the screen.

Pros

Sleipnir provides the same features as most web browsers, but it also comes with its own unique functions. It allows you to organize your tabs in color coded groups, share web pages, save them to a cloud server and more. The browser's full screen mode enables you to view web pages in a very comfortable manner.

Cons

You can not bring up the feed reader, while in full screen mode. From browsing and sharing web pages to managing news feeds, Sleipnir allows you to do everything much faster and easier.
